Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, commenting on the flight of US B52 bombers over the Gulf, declared that his country “is not ashamed of crushing the aggressors.”
In his tweet on Twitter, Zarif said, “If your B-52H patrols (referring to the USA) aim to intimidate or warn Iran, you should spend these billions of dollars on taxpayer health.”
He added, “We did not start the war for more than 200 years, but we are not ashamed of crushing the aggressors. Just ask your friends who supported Saddam (Hussein, the late Iraqi president).”
.@Potus : If your B-52H “Presence Patrols” are meant to intimidate or warn Iran, you should have spent those $ billions on your taxpayers’ health.
While we have not started a war in over 200 years, we don’t shy from crushing aggressors. Just ask your BFFs who supported Saddam. pic.twitter.com/3OqNVY47dW
