DALLAS (AP) — A 12-calendar year-previous boy has been arrested and billed with murder in a hit-and-run car crash that killed an 82-calendar year-old female past month, Dallas police said Wednesday.
Law enforcement reported the boy was driving the wheel of a grey sedan that struck Florence Kelly as she was driving in north Dallas on Nov. 7. Police did not discover the little one by title.
