The newspaper conducted a poll of 20 astronauts, experts and employees, with most of them agreeing that the United States would lose its global leadership in the event that it completely distanced itself from China in the field of space.

Meanwhile, US lawmakers, according to the newspaper, have taken a suspicious attitude towards cooperation with China, saying that whatever the United States offers to China may ultimately harm it.
