The United States is using visas as a weapon against China, said Wang Winbin, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, at a press briefing on Tuesday.
On Monday, America imposed additional restrictions on visas for Chinese officials due to alleged human rights violations, in an additional measure against Beijing during the last month in the term of US President Donald Trump.
