And he adds, drinking coffee in moderation means eating 2-3 cups a day, but people with liver problems can drink four cups, because coffee has a positive and therapeutic effect on the liver.
And Miasnikov notes that coffee has a positive effect on diseases such as gout, Parkinson’s and osteoporosis, in addition to its anti-cancer properties.
