©Reuters. Aludium will issue promissory notes amounting to 50 million euros in the MARF
Madrid, Jul 8 (.).- The Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF) has admitted to trading this Friday the issuance of a promissory note program by Aludium, a company dedicated to , for 50 million euros.
According to a statement released by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME:), the promissory notes that will be issued under the program may have maturities between three days and two years at most.
Aludium, whose purpose is the manufacture of rolled products, accesses the capital markets for the first time to finance itself and diversify its sources of financing -according to the statement- and has Bancha March as registered advisor, placement entity and payment agent for the emissions.
The company, which has three work plants and an R&D center distributed in Amorebieta (Bilbao) and Alicante, obtained a global turnover in 2021 of 560.8 million and an EBITDA of 18.2 million.
