On Saturday, US President Joe Biden welcomed the US Food and Drug Safety Authority authorizing the emergency use of the “Johnson & Johnson” anti-corona virus vaccine, which consists of only one dose.
Although Biden welcomed the move, he warned Americans not to let their guard down as new mutations of the virus spread.
Biden said in a statement, “Although we are celebrating today’s news, I urge everyone to continue washing their hands, social distancing, and continuing to wear masks.”
He continued, saying: “As I have said many times, it is still likely that things will get worse again with the spread of new variants of the virus, and this may be reflected in the current improvement.”
The US Food and Drug Safety Authority authorized the emergency use of the “Johnson & Johnson” anti-corona virus vaccine, which consists of only one dose.
And vaccination advisors in the US Food and Drug Administration voted earlier, to recommend granting an emergency use permit for this vaccine.
And Johnson & Johnson became the third vaccine authorized for use in the United States.
