The Milwaukee Bucks opened Sunday morning with a clear victory in their visit to Madison Square Garden in New York by 112-97.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was the most outstanding of the visitors with a triple-double: 20 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists; and both he and his companions embittered the great meeting starring him rookie Quentin Grimes.
Grimes, who added his first NBA start due to the last-minute casualties of RJ Barrett (COVID-19 protocols) and Alec Burks (personal reasons), reaped 27 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in 40 minutes of game.
The 25th in the 2021 Draft set several records for the Knicks with 27 points in his first game as a starter and seven triples made in it, according to ESPN Stats.
The final score has been somewhat misleading, since at no time was the victory for Milwaukee in danger, which maintained a constant income between 10 and 13 points. Every time the Knicks got close, there would be some Buck to reopen advantage.

The Bucks have two wins in a row and eight in the last ten games they have played to go 18-10. For their part, the Knicks are still in crisis with three straight losses and 12-15, out of the Play-in access positions.
