on Monday said its third-quarter loss narrowed to $84.68 million, or $1.11 a share, from a loss of $91.2 million, or $1.23 a share, in the yr-back quarter. Altered earnings for the organization computer software enterprise fell to 15 cents a share in the 3rd quarter, from 31 cents a share in the 12 months-back period of time. Revenue rose 17% to $217.3 million. Wall Avenue analysts expected Coupa Software program to receive 10 cents a share in adjusted revenue on profits of $213.4 million, in accordance to FactSet. Coupa Application also agreed to be obtained by Thoma Bravo for $8 billion. (See previously Pulse merchandise.) Shares of Coupa Software package are rallying 27% in premarket trades.
