First day

You can eat a variety of fruit portions on the first day, and split them up throughout the day, including apples, oranges, and a plate of watermelon for lunch, and a pear and berries for dinner.

the second day

On the second day, you can eat vegetables throughout your day, where breakfast consists of eating sweet potatoes or cabbage, at lunch you eat a plate of lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers, and for dinner you can eat a plate of broccoli and steamed vegetables

the third day

It is allowed to eat vegetables and fruits together, but it is necessary to avoid eating bananas and potatoes.

the fourth day

It is limited to eating bananas and milk throughout the day, two bananas for breakfast and a glass of milk, for lunch you can eat a plate of soup and cooked vegetables and a glass of banana juice with milk, and for dinner, a glass of banana juice with skimmed milk.

The fifth day

This day is dedicated to eating red meat, poultry or fish, equivalent to one to two kilos of meat throughout your day, with a lot of water.

the sixth day

It includes meat and vegetables while avoiding eating potatoes and tomatoes, breakfast consists of a piece of meat with steamed vegetables, lunch also a plate of meat and vegetables, and dinner is a piece of meat with a plate of soup.

the seventh day

It consists of servings of rice, fruits and vegetables. For breakfast, eat a small plate of brown rice and a cup of fruits. For lunch, you can eat a plate of brown rice and steamed vegetables, and for dinner, eat rice and vegetables.
