Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi discussed with the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Nayef Al-Hajraf, preparations for expert meetings to determine cooperation priorities between Jordan and the Council.
Al-Safadi and Al-Hajraf stressed, during the meeting at the Council’s headquarters in Riyadh, the need to set clear priorities for the work of the 15 working groups, which were formed by the two sides with the aim of taking the necessary steps to activate cooperation and concrete practical steps.
They stressed “the two countries’ joint keenness to institutionalize cooperation for the benefit of all parties.”
For his part, Al-Hajraf affirmed “the keenness of the Cooperation Council to deepen the partnership with the Kingdom in various fields.”
