inventory rose 39% in premarket trades Monday after the assets and casualty insurance computer software and providers provider agreed to be taken personal by Vista Fairness Partners for $19 a share in a offer valued at $2.6 billion. The price of $19 a share is a 46% quality to Duck Creek’s closing stock stage on Friday. The offer is expected to close in the 2nd quarter of this year.
