The French government announced that the current imposed curfew is not sufficient to curb Corona, indicating that it may resort to “more stringent” measures.
Government spokesman Gabriel Atal said that the curfew imposed 12 days ago is not sufficient to slow the spread of the Corona virus.
He added that various scenarios are being considered, which may lead to the re-imposition of a strict lockdown along with the current curfew.
France announced the registration of 26,916 new cases of Coronavirus in the last 24 hours, which is the highest number of HIV infections since last November 18.
And the French Ministry of Health stated in its daily report that 350 deaths were recorded from the virus in the last 24 hours.
She pointed out that the total number of deaths due to the virus in the country reached 74,456, while the total number of infections reached 310,6859.
