Former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch traded the football field for the concert hall in a recent episode of his Amazon Prime series, ’N Yo’ City. The segment features Lynch visiting the Houston Symphony at its home in Jones Hall, where he receives an impromptu conducting lesson from Principal Pops Conductor Steven Reineke.
While interacting with the musicians and learning about their instruments, Lynch took to the podium to lead the orchestra. Under Reineke’s guidance, he first conducted the “Thursday Night Football Theme” before taking on a selection from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake.
