Experts of the German Paul Ehrlich Institute for Vaccines and Biomedical Medicines noted an increase in cases of a rare type of blood clot after vaccination against “Covid-19” with the British-Swedish vaccine, the British-Swedish company AstraZeneca.
And based on the recommendations of the institute’s experts, Germany on Monday, March 15th, stopped the use of this vaccine to vaccinate citizens. The Minister of Health, Jens Span, indicated that he did not see an alternative to this decision, but he hoped to return to using it after additional research.

The Institute’s experts noted from the analysis of the new data, an increase in cases of a rare type of blood clot in the veins of the brain, associated with a decrease in the number of blood platelets and bleeding, coinciding with the vaccination with the AstraZenka vaccine.
The institute’s experts confirm that the new data are being studied by the European Medicines Agency (EMA). And they advise everyone who received the AstraZenka vaccine, and his condition continues to deteriorate four days after the vaccination, to seek medical help immediately.
Last week, the European Medicines Agency announced the continuation of the investigation into the accidents of patients who were vaccinated with the first dose of the AstraZenka vaccine in a number of European Union countries, whose health condition had deteriorated.
It should be noted that Austria, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Denmark, Iceland, Bulgaria and Norway, as well as Italy, France, Germany and Spain, have stopped using the AstraZenka vaccine, which the European Medicines Agency recommended for use in the countries of the European Union.
