Government of CDMX, Profeco and Canirac seek to avoid abuses of the restaurant sector

The Government of Mexico City, the Federal Consumer Attorney’s Office (prophecy) and the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac) signed a collaboration agreement in order to prevent the restaurant sector from committing abuses towards consumers.

At a press conference, the Head of Government, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, explained that the alliance seeks to avoid a bad practice in increasing prices, it also wants to apply a regulation of customer service and it is intended to promote among diners the complaint culture.
