How to Find Haldor the Merchant in Valheim
Due to the procedurally generated nature of Valheim, pin pointing Haldor the Merchant isn’t exactly an easy task as his exact location is going to differ for every player.
Thankfully, Haldor will only ever spawn in the Black Forest biome – the same area that the game will eventually encourage you to explore after defeating the first boss, Eikthyr.
It is worth noting that a large bag icon will spawn on the world map should you come within a 2km radius of Haldor while you happen to be exploring the world.
Another good thing to mention is that once the Merchant has appeared on your map and set up shop, his location will remain the same throughout the rest of your game, so there is no need to worry about constantly having to find Haldor.
