Real Madrid midfielder Isco is reportedly ready to leave the club in January after falling out of favour with Zinedine Zidane.

The Spaniard has made just three starts in LaLiga but has not played a single minute of football in the Champions League and is desperate for regular playing time ahead of the Euros next summer.

According to Marca, Isco has his mind set on leaving after speaking to Zidane, who didn’t try to convince him to stay.

The Real boss is said to have been understanding that Isco wants more game time and will not stand in his way of a move in January.

Isco had been determined to win back his place in Zidane’s team but his lack of action this season has served as evidence he is unlikely to hold down a starting place.

The report claims Manchester City and Juventus are two possible destinations for the 28-year-old with both clubs having shown an interest in the midfielder.

Isco had been linked with a loan move to Everton to link up with former manager Carlo Ancleotti.

But the Italian slammed the rumours as  ‘bulls***.’ He told DIRECTV Sports Co: ‘It is not true that I am behind Isco.

‘We haven’t started thinking about the team for the January market. So those comments are, as they say here, bulls***.’

Isco was Ancelotti’s first signing at Real and the midfielder won the Champions League, Copa del Rey, UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup under him.

Since Ancelotti’s departure, Isco has won a further 12 trophies including two LaLiga titles.
