MG Motor and SAIC will invest 350 million pesos to expand distribution center in San Luis Potosí

MG Motor expects higher sales growth by 2022, to reach 5.5% of the market share in Mexico in sales volume by the end of 2023.

During the visit to the Parts Distribution Center in San Luis Potosí, the Chinese-British brand reported that 206,000 parts (auto parts) will be protected from engines, doors, harnesses, and all kinds of auto parts that the distributor demands.

“The new MG warehouse has a storage capacity of up to 6 months of inventory in collision and mechanical parts, with a delivery capacity of approximately 2,200 parts per day, allowing deliveries throughout the Republic in no more than 3 days,” narrowed.

MG seeks to optimize the logistics of distribution of spare parts, reduce delivery times and guarantee the immediate availability of the parts that customers need in its now 74 agencies nationwide.

The MG Motor manager announced that this year 5 more vehicles will be added to his sales platform, two of which will be hybrid or electric, as the Mexican market has expansion potential.
