Russian President Vladimir Putin announced at the conclusion of his talks in Moscow with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the signing of a joint tripartite agreement on development in Karabakh.
In turn, Aliyev stressed that the trilateral meeting will help in the safe and sustainable development of the region.
While Pashinyan said that the understandings reached provide more reliable security guarantees.
