The current Secretary of Inclusion and Social Development of the Government of Coahuila, is an Industrial and Systems Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Monterrey and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the same institution. In addition to being mayor of Saltillo, he was vice president of the National Chamber of Industry and Housing Promotion.
