©Reuters. Record Go will issue promissory notes amounting to 50 million euros on the MARF
Madrid, Jul 11 (.).- The Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF) has admitted this Monday to negotiation the issuance of a promissory note program of Record Go Rent Vacacional, a Spanish car rental company without a driver, for 50 million of euros.
The promissory notes under the program have a nominal unit value of 100,000 euros and will have a maximum term of two years, as reported by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME:) in a statement.
DBanca March participates as Sole Arranger, Registered Advisor and Placement Entity of the Record Go program. Banca March itself will act as Paying Agent for the issues.
Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira has legally advised the issuer on the program and its admission to MARF.
Record Go Vacation Rental achieved a total sales figure of 83.2 million euros and an EBITDA of 27 million in 2021.
