The International Center for Sports Studies (CIES) published a list of the top 100 players in the world in terms of providing assists during the current season, and players active in European leagues dominated the first ranks.
The English Premier League topped the list, which included players from 33 local championships in the world, with 16 players, followed by the Italian League with 9 players.
Frenchman Ousmane Dembélé, the Paris Saint-Germain star, came in first place, followed by French-German Leroy Sane, Bayern Munich player, and Spaniard Neco Williams, Athletic Bilbao player, in second and third places, respectively.
These are the top holders on the list:
10- Norwegian Magnus Ekrem (born Norwegian): He is 33 years old, and his average of creating chances is 1.65 chances per match.
