© Reuters. The French subsidiary of Abertis issues 500 million in seven-year debt
Madrid, Jan 11 (.).- The French subsidiary of abertis (BME:), Holding d’Infrastructures de Transport (HIT), has issued seven-year unsecured debt for an amount of 500 million euros to refinance other bonds with closer maturities, according to market data.
These titles, which will be disbursed next Wednesday, January 18, have been issued at interest linked to the “mid swap” plus 160 basis points, they mature in March 2030 and investors have made requests for an amount of 3,400 million euros.
The entities in charge of placing the debt issue, which will be listed on the Irish market, are Banco Sabadell (BME:), BBVA (BME:), BNP Paribas (EPA:), Caixabank (BME:), Credit Agricole (EPA:) CIB, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca (BIT:), Mizuho (TYO:), MUFG, Natixis (NYSE:), Societe Generale (EPA:) and UniCredit (BIT:).
The company, which in 2022 launched two debt issues for an amount of 1,200 million euros, has a credit rating of BBB-/BBB, according to the Fitch agency.
