Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the top scorer for the Saudi Al-Nassr team, shared a video clip and pictures of his daily training showing the extent of his physical fitness, as if it was a direct hint that he is still capable of remaining at the highest level of competition for several more years, even though he will soon celebrate his 39th birthday.
Although Ronaldo will not play until the beginning of next month, he showed his followers that he continues to practice on a daily basis during his vacation, which he is currently spending with family and friends in Dubai.
“The Don” appears as a high-performance athlete who is committed and disciplined in training. This physical strength enabled him to develop his body amazingly, at an advanced age in football, which players often retire several years before.
One look at Ronaldo’s Instagram account is enough to know that a large part of his life is devoted to exercise, whether at home or in the training center.
It was not easy for a player like the Portuguese star, who holds the record for international goals at the national team level, the former legend of Real Madrid and Manchester United, to remain in the best condition for years if it were not for adhering to a strict diet.

Ronaldo, who won the top scorer title in 2023 with 54 goals, revealed that he eats 6 meals a day, but they are small meals at intermittent intervals.
He prefers chicken, as it contains high protein and low fat, in addition to salad, fruits, and avocado, while he boycotts soft drinks, which he clearly announced on the sidelines of his participation in the European Nations Cup 2020.

The “Madeira Rocket” will celebrate its 39th birthday next February 5, which is the age at which many long-time professionals have retired.
Cristiano and Lionel Messi are expected to engage in a new confrontation on February 1, which is called “The Last Dance.”
The “Last Dance” will evoke the great confrontations they fought in the last decade in the Spanish League and the Champions League, when they dominated world football.
World Cup 2026
Portugal national team coach Roberto Martinez recently revealed that Ronaldo informed him of his intention to participate in the 2026 World Cup.
“The Don” reached 200 international matches in the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers against Liechtenstein. He became the first player to reach this number, making him the player with the most participation at the international level, beating the record of 196 held by Kuwaiti Badr Al-Mutawa.
“I will continue until my legs say, Cristiano it’s finished.”

Ronaldo played 205 international matches with the Portugal national team, during which he scored 128 goals, setting two world records at the international level, and won two titles: Euro 2016 and the European Nations League 2019.
The “Madeira Missile” has been performing at outstanding levels since his move to Al-Nasr in January 2022, in a free transfer deal after terminating his contract with English Manchester United.
