The South Korean player, Ki Hee Kim, of Ulsan Hyundai, scored the first goals of the 17th edition of the Club World Cup, which kicked off today, Thursday, in Qatar.
Ki Hee Kim scored the goal for his team against rival Tigress Onal of Mexico, in the 24th minute of the first half of the opening match, at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium, in Al Rayyan.
It is noteworthy that Ulsan Hyundai is participating in the Club World Cup after winning the AFC Champions League for the second time in its history after 2012.
Meanwhile, Tigress Unal is participating for the first time in the World Cup, after winning the CONCACAF Cup at the expense of Los Angeles, the USA champion, with two goals to one, in the final held in Orlando, USA, last December.
