The most attractive sectors for talent
With regard to the job seekers side, healthcare / medical services (33%) and engineering / design (28%) emerged as the most attractive sectors for talent in the UAE, followed by IT / Internet / e-commerce (26%).
The banking / financial services sector topped the list of the most attractive sectors for local talent and fresh graduates in the country (34% and 31%, respectively). As for women’s competencies, the health care / medical services sector (36%) emerged as the most attractive to them.
