Germany records 20,200 cases and 321 new deaths from the Coronavirus within 24 hours

Data from the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases in Germany showed that 20,200 new cases of the new Corona virus were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country since the beginning of the pandemic to one million 320 thousand and 716 cases.

Today, Sunday, the German newspaper Bild quoted the data published by the institute – that it had recorded 321 new deaths during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths due to infection to 21,787 cases.

According to the data, about 967,900 recovered cases from the disease, while there are 331,000 active cases in the country.
