John Bolton, a former advisor to the US president for national security affairs, ruled out that the current president, Donald Trump, would adventurize and run for the next elections in the year 20, according to “Russia Today”.
“I don’t think he (Trump) will run again in the elections,” Bolton said in an interview broadcast on CNN yesterday, adding that “Donald Trump violates the basic principle of conservatism. Participation in political life is dictated by the principles of its activities, not dictated by individuals.” And certainly not through a cult of personality … Donald Trump appears to be imagining himself as the next Grover Cleveland (the 22nd and 24th President of the United States). I don’t think he will succeed“.
Earlier, CNN reported that Trump is considering steps to prepare for the presidential elections in 2024, and plans to take control of the Republican National Committee for the United States and lay the groundwork for trying to become president again..
