A security official said, on condition of anonymity, according to the Afghan News Agency (BJVAC), that the car bomb targeted a pickup truck belonging to the Afghan National Security Administration in Mukhtar area in Lashkargah city, without disclosing further details.

No one has claimed responsibility for that bombing so far.
