Researchers at the American University of Medicine School of Medicine have found that consuming yogurt can help reduce high blood pressure in elderly people who suffer from high levels.

They analyzed cross-sectional data for 915 adults (with an average age of 62.1 years), and the team revealed a significant reduction in blood pressure.
