British Health Minister Matt Hancock said that the number of Corona infections is increasing at a rapid rate in some areas, and that the government does not rule out imposing additional measures to curb the outbreak, including general isolation in the country.

“The situation is very difficult with regard to the spread of the virus,” Hancock added, in statements to “Sky News”.
When asked whether the government was considering imposing a general isolation on the entire country, he replied, “We do not rule out anything.”
Hancock described the start of using a second vaccine to prevent the disease, developed by the “AstraZeneca” company in cooperation with the University of Oxford, as “a victory for science in Britain,” noting that it would be a long-term method of salvation from the pandemic.
He added that Britain has already distributed one million doses of the “Pfizer Bionic” vaccine, which is more than the rest of the European continent as a whole.
