Shocking footage has captured the moment a Comancheros bikie gang leader allegedly punched another diner in a restaurant toilet at Sydney’s new Crown casino.
Tarek Zahed, 40, was dining at a’Mare, in the Barangaroo casino, for a birthday celebration when he allegedly struck Mohamed Aouli at about 8.25pm on January 16.
CCTV obtained by Nine News shows the Comancheros sergeant-at-arms in a heated conversation with Mr Aouli in the venue’s bathroom.
Zahed then allegedly struck Mr Aouli’s head twice, pushing him out of the bathroom, only for a third man to usher the alleged victim back inside the toilet and close the door.

Eventually three security guards opened the door and forced the trio to leave the toilet.
The 40-year-old was charged with affray over the incident, as well as entering a casino after being excluded.
Zahed appeared in court on Wednesday and was granted bail, the Daily Telegraph reported.
He had been with 28 associates at the dinner, many who had criminal histories including drug and firearm offences, police facts stated.
Mr Aouli had been seated at a separate table in a private room when police allege Zahed walked in and motioned for him to follow him to the bathroom at around 8.25pm.
Zahed then allegedly slapped Mr Aouli before throwing a right hook to his head.
Mr Aouli was pushed from the bathroom but a third man ushered him back inside and closed the door
Security questioned Zahed about the alleged incident but the bikie gang leader denied anything had happened and refused to hand over his ID.
Zahed will appear in court again on March 3 and under his bail conditions he will have to report to police once daily.
The Comanchero is regularly seen wearing high-end designer clothing and once when he was outside court for a different offence, he told journalists he wanted the record to state he was wearing a Versace shirt and not Gucci.
He was wearing a Balenciaga shirt at the time of the alleged incident at the Crown.
