He explained that this is because the entire community benefits, from airport staff, taxi drivers, people who work in the restaurant, who work in hotels, “visitors generate economic income and contribute to the Lodging Tax, and they create a number of benefits and jobs for the entire city, it is one of the premises of the project ”, he highlighted.
During the presentation of the project and signing of the memorandum of understanding with the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL), signed by the Governor of Nuevo León, Samuel García Sepúlveda, Synergy Deportiva Club Tigres, Ball games and the design firm Populous.

The transformation of the stadiums, he said, requires creating multifunctional buildings that can be used every day, therefore, although the main tenant will be soccer football, the stadium will have different configurations, for concerts, conventions and international events.
