Serbia was also punished with a partial closure of its stadium (25% of the seats during a match) and a fine of 50,000 Swiss francs ($53,800) for misconduct by its players and chants by fans, in its case at the match against Switzerland.
FIFA also announced the opening of new disciplinary proceedings against the Argentine and Croatian federations.
