A woman has has been found dead in a charity bin on the Gold Coast.
The body was discovered by a passerby behind Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre on West Burleigh Road, at Burleigh Heads, at 7am on Monday.
She is understood to have died after becoming stuck in one of the charity bins, Gold Coast Bulletin reported.

Police have taped off the area and established a crime scene as they investigate the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death
A police spokesperson reportedly described the cause as a ‘misadventure’.
The woman is believed to be aged in her 30s.
Emergency services were immediately called to the shopping centre following the discovery.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services workers were spotted cutting the side of the bin.
Paramedics announced the woman was dead on arrival.
Police have taped off the area and established a crime scene.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
