On Monday, the Moroccan Ministry of Health announced the registration of 473 new cases of Coronavirus, down from 806 cases on Sunday.
The total number of injuries in the country rose to 460 thousand and 144 cases.
The ministry also recorded 35 new deaths, up from 31 on Sunday, bringing the total deaths to 7,977.
And the medical authorities indicated that an additional 761 cases had recovered, bringing the total of those recovering to 435,686.
Moroccan media revealed the reason why Morocco did not receive the first shipment of British “AstraZeneca” vaccines, as they said that this is due to the lack of readiness of the shipment in India, where it is produced.
She pointed out that “this matter has become normal in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic, whether in terms of equipment or medical devices associated with the epidemic.”
