On the other hand, “Nova” agency reported that the city of Sabha witnessed an armed clash between the two groups, and the agency quoted local sources as saying that the clash occurred due to a dispute between the two forces about the presence of traffic congestion in front of the headquarters of the army force caused by the force affiliated with the Government of National Accord. Which lasted for a short time did not result in injuries.
The clash ended after the army’s battalion took control of the headquarters behind the Red Crescent in Sabha, which was controlled by the Al-Wefaq group.
The Libyan National Army controls most areas of southwestern Libya, but some armed tribal groups still owe allegiance to the Government of National Accord in Tripoli.
