Former AFL player agent Ricky Nixon has been filmed arguing with other passengers in a confrontation on a Melbourne tram.
The footage, shot on Tuesday afternoon, showed Nixon telling the mother of a suicide victim that his death ‘might have a lot to do with you’.
The unmasked Nixon, 57, who is required to wear one on public transport in Melbourne, is seen arguing with the woman before being accused of being a racist.

Kimberley Ametoglou – aka Kim Duthie – famously left Nixon’s reputation in tatters after leaking a photo of him in his underwear
Nixon’s fiancée, Melissa Huynh, who is of Asian descent, defended Nixon when contacted by Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday.
‘Ricky is NOT a racist far from it. I just saw this footage. He is asking her not to film him. He doesn’t want to be filmed. Anyone would be upset by that,’ she said.
‘Ricky does a lot of work with raising money for cancer victims and has a big heart. He is caring and loving so to hear this really upsets me.’
Nixon did not immediately respond to the latest incident.
The video, showing the scene inside the tram as it travelled through inner city Richmond, shows Nixon ranting about the pandemic to a distraught woman, who is heard saying her son had died just two weeks earlier.
‘That has nothing to do with Covid-19 – nothing,’ Nixon responded.

‘It might have had a lot to do with you.’
The footage shows another passenger cautioning Nixon, telling him: ‘It’s not the time, man’.
Yarra Trams has launched an investigation into the worrying incident, taking to Twitter to call for information.
‘We’re concerned to hear about this incident on Route 48/75. In order to follow this up, it would be helpful to have some more information such as the time and direction of travel. Were you on the tram?’ it asked.
Nixon was himself hospitalised after a mental health episode weeks after close friend and AFL great Danny Frawley took his own life in 2019.
The footage on the tram showed Nixon being accused of being a racist after he suggested a woman of Asian appearance had brought COVID-19 into Australia.
‘You know exactly what you said. It was inappropriate – you said I came from an Asian country,’ the masked woman said.
Nixon is seen immediately backing down.
‘If you don’t, I apologise,’ Nixon responded.
‘You should apologise, either way it doesn’t matter where I came from,’ the woman told Nixon.
Nixon then claimed 90 per cent of ‘these viruses’ came from overseas.
‘Am I right?’ he asked.
‘So because I came from an Asian country I must have come in on a plane and brought Covid here?’ the woman replied.

Ricky Nixon was caught with his pants off during a disgraceful incident in 2011 that ruined his career as a player agent
In a separate clip from the same tram ride, Nixon was filmed threatening to smash a woman’s phone when he spotted her filming him.
It is understood Nixon had attended a function earlier that day.
A photo of the former player agent posted to Facebook showed him at a birthday lunch in East Melbourne.
Nixon appeared at one point, although the audio is not clear, to make reference to mental health charities he supports.
In 2019 he started mobile medical clinic Vital Health Checks, visiting offices and worksites in a van to give busy workers 20-minute physical and mental checks.
He had his own mental health issues in October 2019 when he was taken to hospital after making suicidal threats.
‘My best mate suicided think I’ll go with him this place is a c**t. That (sic) life goodbye,’ he wrote in reference to Frawley.
The second simply read ‘I’ve tried, goodbye’ and the third ‘f**k [you] all I’m going Danny good riddance’.

Nixon has more recently described himself as ‘near perfect’ and having made a complete recovery from this dark time.
The incident comes hot on the heels of news the ‘St Kilda Schoolgirl’ is writing a book.
Kimberley Ametoglou, leaked nude photos of St Kilda players, and also a photo of Nixon in his underwear in a hotel room with her in 2011 when she was just 17.
Ms Ametoglou, known as Kim Duthie at the time, revealed on Sunday she was preparing to release a ‘graphic’ tell-all book.
Nixon responded with a Facebook post that appeared to reference her publishing plans.
‘Thinking of writing a BOOK on how happy I am with all money going to Kids with Cancer,’ he wrote.
‘At least I know what’s WRITE from PONG.’
Nixon, who played for St Kilda and Hawthorn, became the most powerful player agent in the game through the 1990s into the 2000s, representing the game’s top talent.
The hotel-room incident marked the start of a rapid decline for Nixon, who has admitted he became heavily dependent on alcohol as his business collapsed.
