The Cairo Criminal Court in Egypt decided to refer the papers of the accused Gaddafi Farraj, known as “The Butcher of Giza”, to the Mufti to express the legal opinion on his execution.

The court sent the defendant’s papers for the second time to the Mufti for the premeditated killing of his friend, Engineer Reda Abdul Latif, and setting the March 24 session to deliver the verdict.
It is noteworthy that the Giza Criminal Court decided to refer the accused to the Mufti to express the legal opinion on his execution for the first time, accusing him of killing his wife Nadine, a law student, and burying her in an apartment in Bulaq.
