And condemned the Pakistani Foreign Ministry – in a statement carried by the official Pakistani news agency “ABB” – strongly, what it said, “the continuation of the Indian forces in targeting populated areas on the side of Pakistan.”
The ministry informed the Indian diplomat that “the provocative shooting and shelling of the Line of Control in Kashmir is a violation of the ceasefire agreement reached between the two countries in 2003,” according to the statement.
She added, “The continuing violations of the ceasefire constitute a threat to regional security and peace.”
