An affordable product from Bunnings Warehouse is being hailed as ‘genius’ by hundreds of Australian shoppers.

The UNI-PRO Spray Can Trigger Grip costs a mere $4.30 and converts a regular aerosol can into spray guns to make home renovation and painting jobs easier to complete.

Women part of the Bunnings Mums Australia Facebook group dubbed the buy as a ‘wonderful invention’ as it’s easy to use, provides a greater spray control and prevents finger ache.

‘I’m sorry but whoever came up with this invention is a freakin genius! And less than 5 bucks! Winning! Worked a treat on windows,’ mum Carol wrote and shared an image of the product.

Carol said she had been working tirelessly for ‘three full days’ on her window renovation and had used the trigger grip throughout the process.

‘It attaches to the can, simply clicks on, easy,’ she said, adding: ‘You then point and squeeze, and there you have it a spray gun. Great for big jobs, saves painful fingers.’

‘I spray painted the aluminium part of the windows and brushed the window surrounds.’ 

The product is also ideal for arthritis sufferers and to keep the hands clean while working.

The social media post caught the attention of hundreds of other customers who were impressed by the ‘amazing’ gadget.

‘This is amazing!! I’m always getting a sore hand and wrist from holding down these types of can nozzles!’ one woman wrote.

‘Yes, I discovered these recently too they are the best thing invented I have seen in ages love it,’ another said.
